Claim search
The functions described below have been revised as part of the redesign of the claim search and may behave differently in the new layout or may not be available at short notice. In this case, you can switch to the old layout on a temporary basis.
All information about claims processed with this tenant can be looked up in the claims table.
-
Log into the management portal
-
Go to claims
Claims can be searched by reference number and claim ID as well and customer information.
ℹ️ Currently, the search is an OR search. This means by entering two values in the search, the results will include all claims that correspond either to the first value or the second value.
Filters can be applied on the top to filter by status, scenario/workflow, payment modalities and more. The result table can be customized with adding further columns via the drop-down selection. The results can be exported.
-
Export function: The selected claims are exported to a CSV file. All columns are exported in this file, regardless of the column selection in the management portal.
-
Batch operations: After selecting claims, a button batch operations appears.
-
Pause claims: This pauses the processing of these claims.
-
Resume claims: This resumes the processing of these claims.
-
Claim status
The status displayed in the result table corresponds to the claim status. The claim status can be one of the following:
-
Not yet started: The claim has been created, but the workflow process has not yet started.
-
In progress: The claim is being processed according to the assigned workflow.
-
Paused: The process is paused.
-
Dispute: The customer has disputed the claim.
-
Confirmed: The full payment for this claim was received.
-
Out of reach: The workflow ended without payment.
