Language

  • The collect.AI Management Portal can be displayed in German or English. Please note that the number formats will also automatically adapt to the selected language.

Password

  • Password change: You can change your personal password here. It needs to have at least eight characters, must contain a number, special characters, lowercase letters, and uppercase letters.

  • Flexible second factor options: Users have the option to use email instead of an authenticator app for two-factor authentication (2FA). They can change their authentication method directly in their profile. Please note that if a user chooses email for 2FA, they will need an administrator's assistance for password recovery.

User role

  • Your user role is displayed next to the email address you used to log in. User roles can be managed in access management.
