User management
Users with the admin role can fully manage and control users accesses to the collect.AI management portal.

User creation: Admins can create new admins or operators. When a new user is created, they will automatically receive an email with a temporary password. User access can be limited to one tenant, multiple tenants, or all tenants within an organization.

Activation and deactivation of users: Admins can also deactivate and reactivate users. This is helpful for recovering user accounts in situations such as lost access to their second factor method or when users cannot to recover their passwords themselves.

Flexible options as a second factor: There are flexible options for the second factor. Users can choose their preferred authentication method, either email or an authentication app, directly from their user profile page my account.

Please note that users who choose email as a second factor will need an administrator's help to recover their password.
API credentials
Users with the admin role can manage and control the access to the API for their organization.

API client access is always valid for all tenants within the organization.

With the client ID and client secret, the API of collect.AI can fully be used.

This allows admins of collect.AI to fully manage the rotation of API credentials.

Before deleting API credentials, please ensure that they are not being used in the integration.
ℹ️ Please copy the client_secret immediately and store it in your system. It cannot be copied later. Also this information should only be shared with relevant people through secure channels.
