Suppression list

For sent emails, there are several reasons why delivery may fail:

  • soft bounces: reasons that make a later delivery possible

  • hard bounces: reasons that make any delivery impossible

Each hard bounce reason triggers the placement of this address on the suppression list to prevent the sender's address from being marked as spam. This overview shows the reason for the bounce, including a description and timestamp.

If it becomes known that the reasons for the permanent unavailability of an email address no longer apply, the email address can be removed from the blacklist by clicking on the "Delete selected entries" button. Future messages will then be sent to this address.

This menu item is only visible to customers who use SES (Simple E-Mail Service - Amazon Web Services, Inc.) to send emails, as only this service provider supports this function.
